Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return the product in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

In accordance with Greek Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994, as amended by Ministerial Decision Z1/891/2013 (Government Gazette B' 2144/2013) and currently in force, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing, either by post or electronically. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email.

If you withdraw from this contract, you must return the product(s) in the same condition in which they were received. The product must be unused, retain all original tags, and be returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Prior communication with us is required to arrange the return process. The returned product(s) must be sent back to the supplier (JKG LIVING) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 5 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
