Fiberglass is an inorganic, non-metallic material with excellent properties. It is made from raw materials such as pyrophyllite, quartz sand, limestone, dolomite, and bauxite through high-temperature melting. It is a reinforcing material, resistant to high temperatures, and not easily combustible. Its Greek name is glass fiber (yalonima).
