Our products are handmade and crafted from natural wood. Any cracks, color variations, or small differences in dimensions are natural characteristics of the material, caused by the contraction and expansion of the wood, and do not constitute a manufacturing defect. Existing cracks are stabilized during production using material from the same type of wood. All products are carefully inspected before shipment.
