Suar wood is classified as a hardwood, known for its strength and durability, making it an excellent choice for long-term investment pieces. Suar wood slabs and surfaces are especially popular for their natural beauty, featuring distinctive yellow tones along the live edges and rich brown grain patterns.
Each piece showcases unique, natural variations in color and design, which makes it highly appreciated.
However, suar wood has a relatively high moisture content, making it prone to natural cracking or splitting over time. These changes occur due to the natural expansion and contraction of solid wood and are not considered manufacturing defects. Instead, they enhance the originality and unique character of each piece.
During the production process, existing cracks are carefully stabilized and refined using material derived from the same wood. As a result, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions may occur due to the nature of the material. These are natural characteristics and should not be considered product defects.
Maintenance:
Dust regularly and clean with a damp cloth when necessary.
